A “hot” wing recipe from the MANzine Hot Wings for Game Day

You want a hot wing sauce recipe?

Try:

1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
1 TBS red wine vinegar

1.5 TBS flour
1.5 tsp ground cayenne pepper
.5 tsp ground white pepper
.5 tsp ground black pepper

Diced japanenos
Dust wings with high quality chili powder just before serving

Serve with celery sticks and any beer that you plan to drink in large quantities.
