Unlike many other pundits and political experts in both parties, I think that passage of a bill by the Democrats at this point will be politically damaging to both the president and congressional Democrats. Conversely, defeat of the legislation is much more likely to hurt Republicans in Congress.

Classic. See, Matthew Dowd is really concerned about the future of the Democratic Party, so he doesn’t want them to make a mistake in passing this health care thing.  If he were any more transparent he’d be made of glass.

Hey right-wingers, if you really believe this line of BS, vote for cloture and bring the Dems to their knees.
